Our terms and conditions:
for each accommodation we indicate tarifs “starting from…”
this means that the tarifs shown are the lowest compatible with the accommodation, according to number of persons,
season, and so on.
Extras:
linen/towels 15 €/person ( on request, not obligatory)
utilities (gas, electricity, water) to be payed upon consumption or on lump-sum basis
final cleaning ( obligatory): tarifs indicated for each accommodation
In case of short rentals ( 3 to 7 days) the gas for cooking and electricity for lighting are included.
Heating and air conditioning never are.
In other words, if you rent a house/ apartment for 3 to 7 days, in a season of the year when neither heating
nor AC are required,
you have no extra-charges referring to gas and electricity consumptions
To confirm a booking :
we require a booking deposit of 30%.
by bank money tranfer, or VISA and Mastercard, or cheque
no reservation will be confirmed until the booking deposit is received.
balance at check-in ( in cash please)
Cancellation policy:
in case of cancellation, the booking deposit will not be refunded , but could be credited for an other booking.
standard check-in between 4 and 6 p.m.
standard check-out before 10 a.m.
late or early check-in: to be agreed on request- possible extra.charges according to time and day of the week
